I went out last Saturday night and made my way down a fair part of the cocktail menu (more on that next week). Not for me you understand dear reader, for you, and for the Friday Lush; the handsome beast that must be fed each and every Friday.
I took a particular shine to this beauty; gin, apples and elderflower and as the sun is shining here, perhaps a little taste of spring to come.

looking similar to the Elderflower collins – I know I would LOVE this. A corker – and the sun is shining here too
It does indeed RJ! It was so good I had to recreate it, the elderflower is great with the gin.
Table, I am humbled by your devotion to your calling. To quaff cocktails for the greater good is damn near saintly.
Now this beauty looks well worth a snifter.
